We read every message.

Ebby has no account and stores your data on your device, which means most problems can be sorted out right on your iPhone. If something isn't working or you have a question the answers below don't cover, get in touch.

Contact

Email support@ochraceo.com. It helps to include your iOS version and, if it's a bug, what you did just before it happened. Please don't include personal health details in an email — we don't need them to help.

Common questions

Where is my data stored?

On your iPhone, by default. Nothing is uploaded to Ebby — there's no account and no server that receives your entries. If you turn on iCloud sync, your data is synced through your own iCloud account so it can appear on your other devices.

How do I move Ebby to a new phone?

Two ways. If you use iCloud sync, signing into the same iCloud account on the new device brings your data across. Otherwise, export an encrypted backup from Settings on the old phone, move the file to the new one, and import it in Ebby.

What does Ebby read from Apple Health?

Only what you allow, and only read access — metrics like sleep, heart-rate variability, resting heart rate, workouts, and mindful minutes, so they can sit next to your check-ins. You can review or revoke this any time in the iOS Health app under Sharing. Ebby never writes to Health and never sends Health data anywhere.

My medication reminders aren't showing up.

Reminders are local notifications, so check that notifications are enabled for Ebby in iOS Settings → Notifications, that the reminder is switched on in Ebby's settings, and that Focus or Do Not Disturb isn't silencing it.

How do I back up or export my data?

In Settings, create an encrypted export. You'll set a password that protects the file — keep it somewhere safe, because the backup can't be opened without it. You can restore that file on any device running Ebby.

How do I delete my data?

You can delete individual entries or clear everything from within the app. Deleting the app removes its local data from your device. If you used iCloud sync, you can also remove that data from your iCloud storage settings.

Is Ebby a medical device or a diagnosis?

No. Ebby helps you notice and record patterns; it doesn't diagnose, predict, or provide medical advice. If you're in crisis or need clinical help, please contact a qualified professional or your local emergency services.
